Harneet is a passionate Project/Program Management Professional and a firm believer of “Continuous Improvement”.
Harneet has been associated with Victoria University for last 7 years. With immense experience under his belt in leading projects/programs with Agile methodology, for last two years he has been leading VU’s evolution to Agile ways of working. Working closely with Senior Leadership Team, Stakeholders and Agile Coaches, Harneet is focused on developing avenues which can motivate teams to embrace this change towards empowered, high performance, self-organising teams.
