Richard has 17+ years of international consulting and industry experience, and has worked with leadership teams on complex strategy and transformation projects across Australia, North America and Africa.  Richard joined EY in 2009 and founded the EY Africa strategy practice in 2013. He moved over to EY’s Asia Pacific region as part of the EY Oceania strategy team in 2016.

Richard’s focus at EY includes:

Richard was the lead author of the EY report “Can the Universities of Today Lead Learning for Tomorrow?  The University of the Future” and is particularly passionate about how to make higher education work in an Industry 4.0 world.
